Graphic design services policy
Graphic design is complimentary for work that takes under 30 minutes or up to two rounds of revisions. Beyond that, a design fee applies based on the time involved.
All designs we create remain the property (intellectual property) of Ideal Logos and Awards unless purchased. See file-release pricing below.

Want to take your finished artwork elsewhere? You can purchase the release of your design files:
- Non-vector file (JPEG, PNG, BMP)
- $30
- Vector file (AI, EPS, PDF)
- $200
Art guidelines
Submitting your own artwork? Following these guidelines helps us produce the best possible result:
- Vector art: Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, version 14 or lower. Convert all text to curves and save as EPS or PDF. Minimum 1 pt line thickness.
- Raster art: TIF, EPS or Photoshop file, version 10 or lower, saved at 100% of the final size with a minimum resolution of 300 ppi.
- Preferred format is vector art in Illustrator or CorelDraw (v14).
- Convert all text to paths / outlines, and include a paper proof.
- Keep a minimum 1 pt line thickness on all elements.
- Specify colors using PMS spot-color designations.
- Zip your files and email them to artwork@ideallogo.com with your project details.
- A proof is required and must be approved before any project starts.
